Aquarium care

Trident is a narrow-lobed cultivar of Java fern (Microsorum pteropus). Attach the rhizome to wood or rock—never bury it in substrate or it will rot. Low to medium light is enough; CO2 is not required though low enrichment can speed growth. Leaves form plantlets that can be removed and reattached. Husbandry matches other M. pteropus cultivars; the main difference is the tripartite/narrow leaf form.
