Natural habitat

The Hairy Trumpet Snail is native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Southeast Asia. It thrives in fast-flowing streams, rivers, and estuaries where it can burrow into sandy or muddy substrates. This habitat allows it to forage for decaying plant matter while providing safety from predators.
